A
grandmaster introduced some articles in newspapers that explains
green tea , Sencha is thought to have medicianl properties.
It is necessary to take small amount of essence out of tea
leaves for midicial purpose. The Founder of Ogawa School was
pursuing the authentic taste of tea and he actually exercised
medical practice as a physician. As usual guests were astonished
at the small amount of tea and learned its inevitavility.
Many guests joined the following tasting of tea.

| We
held tea tasting for two days. we prepared 150 pecies of sweets
and used up all of them. We had to prepare other sweets for
the rest of guests. The authentic taste of tea which was served
by Ogawa School created a sensation. We believed that it was
the first event in England and resulted in a concrete advance. |
